Naples Real Estate Inventory Is Declining
The Naples market inventory of resale homes continues to decline . Currently there are only 3,579 residential properties for sale (which includes condominiums and single family homes) . Compare this to the inventory high of 12,440 properties on the market in March of 2007!
The lack of inventory is causing prices to climb. The median closed price of homes sold over the past 12 months in Naples is currently $260,000. Compare that to July 2011, the median closed price was $175,000. This represents a 49% increase from July 2011 to August 2014!
If you are considering selling your property, now would be an excellent time to allow me to market it for you because there is very little competition. If you are considering buying in the Naples area, we should get started while prices are still relatively low and there are some great choices in the New Homes Communities currently building.
Either way, I would be honored to assist you with your real estate needs. Please call me 239-659-2000 if I can help.
Sincerely,
Ron Abboud
